SOS Children’s Villages provide ‘homes’ for Filipino children

MUNTINLUPA CITY — Austria’s Save our Souls (SOS) Children’s Villages in the country have been providing homes to homeless Filipino children for nearly four decades now.

There are seven of these villages in the country. The first one was built in Lipa, Batangas in 1967 with the assistance of the Austrian embassy. The other villages are located in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Calbayog, Tacloban and Iloilo.
